Common name - Blossom Flower Beetle
Scientific name - Compsocephalus preussi

The listing is for 1x beetle larva, of a rare iridescent species of flower beetle. This species is like a living jewellery piece, with their velvety body, metallic green outlines, and a horn that is coloured like the rainbow on the underside.

These are CAPTIVE BRED in my collection, with this stock originating from Cameroon in Africa.

The adult beetles feed on a variety of fruits such as banana, apple, pear, peach and watermelon. The larvae feed on decaying wood and leaf litter.
